Supremacy of The Constitution
This Constitution is supreme and it's provisions shall have binding force on all the officers, Committees, and members of the Association . All other laws, regulations, letters and circulars inconsistent with this constitution shall be null and void.
The constitution came into effect on Thursday, 19 the day of November 2015.
